Daniel Federico is an experienced trial attorney having practiced in Connecticut and Massachusetts since 1999 before joining the Shaines and McEachern firm in New Hampshire in 2010.  Daniel is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice.

He focuses on civil litigation, personal injury claims, family law, divorce, and employment law including discrimination and worker’s compensation.  Daniel has volunteered as a community mediator in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  He also volunteers his time as a youth athletic coach. 

Daniel is a 1986 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in political science and a minor in psychology. He received his J.D. in 1999 from  Qunnipiac University School of Law. He is a native of Maine, born in Portland on February 13, 1964.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Daniel was a medical case manger with the Center for Life Management in Salem, New Hampshire.  He has resided with his spouse Carollyn, and their three sons in New Hampshire for 20 years.
