Peter focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, real estate, business law and civil litigation.

Peter is a director with the firm Shaines & McEachern, P.A. and a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Greater Portsmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, the Hampton Rotary Club and the Seacoast Interfaith Hospitality Network.

Peter received his JD in 1987 from Boston College School of Law and was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1987. In 1980 he received his BA from Providence College.

Peter authored the New Hampshire UCC Filing and Documentation Requirements Notes for the American Association of Equipment Lessors, Operations Reference Manual.
